How much is the conference fee?
The conference fee is calculated depending on how long you are planning to attend and your AAvPA membership status. All details on conference fees and special offers can be found in Registration.

How do i register?
Registration is hosted by Trybooking, go to the Registration tab and follow the prompts. The symposium fee and dinner totals will be displayed within this online booking tool.

Cancelling registration
What if i have to cancel my registration?
We understand that sometimes you have to cancel after registering for the symposium and we provide the following options in our refund policy.
Refund Policy
1. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else to attend in their place.
2. Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
a. Registrations cancelled more than 14 working days before the event are eligible for a refund of the registration fees paid.
b. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 14 working days of the event.
Refunds will be made in the following way:
1. A bank transfer will be made to the payee nominated account.
